Check out the Year in Review video below! -- Dear Lorelei, As the calendar year nears an end, it's a good time to look back at what we've accomplished over the last 12 months. 
Momentum for climate justice is building faster than ever -- whether it's the Green New Deal (finally) getting elected officials to talk about transformational climate policy, or the mainstream media (finally) talking about climate change on the evening news...something has shifted in the last month. That's why I'm asking you to make a year-end donation to 350 Seattle. 75 people attended December's 350 Seattle meeting. It warms my heart to see new people joining the climate movement. We aspire to find a meaningful place for every single person who wants to engage in climate action. This is what makes us different from other climate and environmental groups -- if you're a musician, you can join our Artful Activism team. If you like public speaking, you can testify at a council meeting. If you're happiest working with data, you can join our Operations team. With over 30 active teams working on their own and in partnership with allied organizations and indigenous leaders across the region, we are keeping fossil fuels in the ground; advancing city, state, and federal climate policy; and challenging corporations like Amazon and Wall St. banks on their climate impacts. This takes a lot of people power -- and some money, too. Two donors are matching all donations (up to $5,000) until 12/31. We met our first matching gift challenge (thank you!) -- can you help us meet this second one? So much is possible in 2019 -- let's start the year strong.
